Account Security – How much we care
Every login session on 9a9999 is fully encrypted. We use bank-level SSL/TLS encryption to keep your information completely secure. No third party can access your login details.
Our system automatically detects suspicious login attempts. Multiple wrong password entries will temporarily lock your account and send a security alert to your phone. This protects your account from unauthorized access.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
For extra security, enable two-factor authentication on your account. When active, you'll receive a one-time code (OTP) on your phone in addition to your password during login. Without this code, no one can access your account—even with your password.
We strongly recommend keeping 2FA enabled. It ensures maximum security for your balance and personal information.
